池上地理位置Where Is Chishang Located?
池上鄉位於台灣東部的台東縣，地處花東縱谷的中央地帶，東側是海岸山脈，西側是中央山脈，夾在兩座山之間。這裡以四季變化的稻田、緩慢的生活步調，以及寧靜的鄉村風景聞名。
Chishang Township is located in eastern Taiwan’s Taitung County, right in the center of the East Rift Valley, flanked by the Coastal Mountain Range to the east and the Central Mountain Range to the west.
It is known for its seasonal rice fields, slow-paced lifestyle, and tranquil rural scenery.
從台東市區搭火車約 1 小時就能抵達池上車站，也是旅人深入東部田園風光的熱門起點。
It takes about an hour by train from Taitung City to reach Chishang Station, which is a popular starting point for travelers exploring the eastern countryside

如何前往台東池上? How to Get to Chishang, Taitung?
一、搭火車（最推薦）By Train (Highly Recommended)
👉北部出發（台北、宜蘭）：台鐵自強號／普悠瑪號： 台北 → 池上（約 4.5～5 小時）
👉南部出發（高雄、台南）：台鐵自強號高雄 → 池上（約 3.5～4 小時）
📌火車是假日最熱門的交通方式，記得提前訂位
👉From the north (Taipei, Yilan): Take the TRA Tze-Chiang Express or Puyuma Express — Taipei to Chishang takes about 4.5 to 5 hours.
👉south (Kaohsiung, Tainan): Take the TRA Tze-Chiang Express — Kaohsiung to Chishang takes about 3.5 to 4 hours.
📌 Trains are the most popular way to travel on weekends — make sure to book in advance.
二、台北出發-客運（費用較便宜)From Taipei – Bus (Budget Option)
雖然班次較少、時間較長，但對預算有限的旅人來說是高CP值選項
從南港轉運站搭1070路至花蓮轉運站，再轉搭台鐵（火車）到池上車站

Though buses have fewer departures and longer travel time, it’s a cost-effective option for budget travelers.
ake Bus 1070 from Nangang Bus Station to Hualien Transfer Station, then transfer to a train to Chishang Station.
三、自駕（適合多人／彈性高）Driving (Flexible and Ideal for Groups)
- 從花蓮或台東出發，開車沿 台9線花東縱谷公路，風景一路超美！
- 可選擇在花蓮或台東租車（機車／汽車皆可），一邊玩一邊往池上移動
- 特別提醒：池上鎮內停車方便，但假日熱門時段仍需留意熱門景點停車空間
- 汽機車因車輛管制無法進入伯朗大道，伯朗大道周邊有租自行車的店家，提供停車場可以停車
- Taitung, drive along the Provincial Highway No. 9 through the East Rift Valley — the scenery is breathtaking all the way.
- You can rent a scooter or car in Hualien or Taitung and enjoy the journey as you make your way to Chishang.
- Note: Parking is generally easy in Chishang, but during peak holiday hours, spots near attractions may be limited.
- Due to vehicle restrictions, cars and motorcycles cannot enter Brown Boulevard. However, there are bike rental shops nearby with parking facilities.
池上自行車租借Chishang Bike Rental
- 池上火車站可直接租腳踏車（站前就有多家租車店）
- 一般自行車租金大約 NT$100～200/H，電輔自行車200up/H
- 提供電輔車、協力車、四人座自行車
- 開車無法進入，伯朗大道周邊也有多加租自行車店家
- You can rent a bicycle directly at Chishang Station — there are several rental shops in front of the station.
- Standard bike rental is about NT$100–200 per hour, while electric-assist bikes start at NT$200 per hour.
- Options include electric-assist bikes, tandem bikes, and four-seater bikes.
- Cars cannot enter the area, but there are many rental shops near Brown Boulevard.
這次在池上車站出來的UNI補給站租電輔自行車，租借當天歸還方案（6小時）：NT$500
This time, I rented an electric-assist bike from UNI Supply Station right outside Chishang Station. A 6-hour same-day return plan costs NT$500.
不用擔心會騎到一半沒電，電量騎六個小時完全沒問題～
No worries about running out of battery — the charge easily lasts for six hours of riding!
池上景點 Chishang Attractions
一、池上火車站Chishang Train Station
全台最美小站之一，站內復古、站外悠閒，還有復古便當廣告拍攝場景～
One of the most beautiful small train stations in Taiwan — vintage interiors, relaxing surroundings, and even the setting for nostalgic lunchbox commercials!
二、 池上飯包故事館Chishang Lunchbox Cultural Story House
了解池上便當的歷史，復古藍皮解憂號用餐區，也有便當主題商品。
Learn about the history of Chishang’s famous lunchboxes, dine in the retro Blue Train dining car, and explore lunchbox-themed souvenirs.
三、伯朗大道Brown Boulevard
說到池上，一定不能錯過的就是這條最有名的稻田小路 —— 伯朗大道。沒有電線杆、沒有招牌，兩旁全是寬闊的稻田與遠山。金城武在這裡拍廣告的一幕，讓這條路聲名大噪。
When it comes to Chishang, you simply can’t miss its most famous rice-field path — Brown Boulevard. No power poles, no billboards, just expansive rice paddies and distant mountains. This road rose to fame thanks to a commercial featuring Takeshi Kaneshiro filmed right here.
四、金城武樹Takeshi Kaneshiro Tree
因金城武拍廣告而爆紅的茄苳老樹，成為池上地標之一，背景是大片稻田與山景。
The large Formosan rain tree that became famous after the Takeshi Kaneshiro commercial is now one of Chishang’s iconic landmarks, set against a backdrop of lush rice fields and mountain views.
五、天堂路Heaven Road
從高處望向遠方的彎曲小徑，猶如通往天堂的道路，是我認為池上最美的景點。
Looking down from above at the winding path stretching into the distance feels like a road to paradise — in my opinion, the most beautiful spot in Chishang.
六、池上農會金色豐收館Chishang Farmers’ Golden Harvest Center
池上環鄉自行車道 Map of Chishang Cycling Route
池上的環鄉自行車道是一條圍繞整個鄉鎮的輕鬆路線，全長約12公里，從池上車站出發，一路經過伯朗大道、金城武樹、大坡池等經典地標，是探索池上最推薦的方式之一。
Chishang’s loop cycling route is an easygoing 12-kilometer path around the township. Starting from Chishang Station, it passes iconic spots like Brown Boulevard, the Takeshi Kaneshiro Tree, and Dapo Pond — one of the best ways to explore the area.
逆時針騎行約1.5～2小時（若邊騎邊拍照或休息，預留半天時間比較足夠）。建議攜帶充足的水和小點心，周邊較少店家。
A counterclockwise ride takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. If you plan to take photos or rest along the way, half a day is ideal. Be sure to bring water and snacks, as shops are limited along the route.. Starting from Chishang Station, it passes iconic spots like Brown Boulevard, the Takeshi Kaneshiro Tree, and Dapo Pond — one of the best ways to explore the area.
